At Luton Social Services we aim to give older people every opportunity to achieve a high quality of life for themselves – so much so that we have initiated a specific project called Promoting Independence for Older People in Luton.

We are now looking to recruit people who share our vision.  We need caring, motivated professionals, who can help us build on the firm foundations already set over a number of years. 

Our objective is to reduce the time spent unnecessarily by older people in hospitals and long term care through a complete and integrated package of services.

It includes developing a rehabilitation service, the provision of a rapid response home care service, enhanced day service and much more.

Somebody who can take the pace of an agency that just keeps on growing.  Somebody who likes to lead and brings out the best side in co-workers.  Who knows Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator inside out.  Who already has three to five years good experience.  Somebody who can tackle everything from hard-nosed retail to mould-breaking design.
